Group Coaching Sessions with Celina McMahon

Join Celina McMahon from Contained Within for a 5-week process that will transform your life! On Thursday evenings from 7 - 8:30 pm, beginning in the fall, Celina will be hosting group life coaching sessions. Each week she will present different ideas, exercises, perspectives and techniques to support you in moving your life to the next level. Whether you have a specific goal or want to get more from your life, this program is designed to support each person in getting what they say they want.
